Privacy policy

T20 Exchange is documented here as a cricket sportsbook. This site does not run T20 Exchange accounts, take payments or hold balances, which means the amount of personal data flowing through this website is genuinely small. This page sets out exactly what there is, why it exists and how to have it removed.

1. What this site collects

There is no signup, no account and no form on t20xch.com.in. The T20 Exchange ID request happens on the desk chat, not here. So nothing is collected from you directly. What exists is the ordinary technical information any web server records when a page is requested.

Server logsIP address, browser type, the page requested (the T20 Exchange login page, say) and a timestamp. Standard hosting logs, generated automatically.
Analytics dataAggregated visit counts, which T20 Exchange pages were read, roughly which region a visit came from, and which device type.
Messages you send usIf you email or message us about a correction, we have whatever you wrote and whatever address you sent it from.

2. What we never collect

Worth listing explicitly, because the subject matter makes people cautious and they are right to be, especially anyone who has already been asked for an OTP by somebody pretending to speak for a T20 Exchange desk on a chat app late at night.

  • No T20 Exchange usernames or passwords. We have no access to any account on any sportsbook.
  • No bank details, UPI IDs, card numbers or T20 Exchange deposit reference numbers.
  • No identity documents of any kind.
  • No betting history, balances or T20 Exchange account activity.
  • No phone number, unless you choose to send us one in a message.
  • No T20 Exchange demo ID or practice balance either. Those live with the desk.

If a page anywhere claiming to be this site asks you for any of the above, it is not us.

3. Analytics, and why it is here

We use standard web analytics to see which pages people read and where they stop reading. That is the whole purpose. It tells us that the T20 Exchange login page is read three times more than the T20 Exchange deposit page, or that a section is being skipped, and we write accordingly.

Analytics data is aggregated. We see that four hundred people from Maharashtra read the T20 Exchange app page last week; we do not see who they were, and we make no attempt to find out. Nothing on this site attempts to build a profile of an individual visitor.

4. Cookies

This site sets no cookies of its own. Your T20 Exchange login happens on the sportsbook itself, never on these pages, and there is no preference to remember. Nothing to store.

Analytics may set a cookie to tell a returning visit from a new one. Block it if you like. Every T20 Exchange page here, from the login walkthrough to the deposit timings table, reads exactly the same with cookies switched off in the browser, because none of them depend on remembering who you are.

5. Links to other sites

Pages here link out to the T20 Exchange desk and to social channels. Once you follow one of those links you are on somebody else's site, under their privacy practices and not ours.

We have no control over what those sites collect and we cannot make promises on their behalf. Reading their own policies is worth the two minutes, particularly before you send the T20 Exchange desk anything about a payment.

6. How long anything is kept

Server logs rotate on the hosting provider's normal schedule. Weeks, not years. Analytics data is retained in aggregate. Messages you send us are kept while the question is open and deleted afterwards.

We do not sell data. Nor do we rent it or pass it to advertising networks. There is not enough of it to be worth anything to anyone, and we would not do it if there were.

7. Your choices

Block cookies in your browser if you prefer. Use a private window if you would rather nothing persisted at all. Neither affects how any T20 Exchange page here works.

If you have written to us and want that message and any details in it deleted, ask and it will be. Use the contact page, tell us roughly when you wrote, and it gets removed.

8. Age restriction

This site covers T20 Exchange betting and is intended only for adults aged 18 and over. It is not directed at children, we do not knowingly collect anything from anyone under 18, and nothing here is designed to appeal to a minor. Under 18 means no T20 Exchange ID. Full stop.

9. Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, the date at the top of the page changes with it. No mailing list exists to notify.

10. Contacting us about privacy

Questions about this policy, or a request to remove something, go through the contact page.

One thing that page cannot help with: anything about your T20 Exchange account. Balances, deposits, password resets and payouts are handled by the T20 Exchange desk that issued your ID, and we have no visibility into any of it.

Privacy on t20xch.com.in, summarised

T20 Exchange is covered here as a sports exchange with no accounts, no forms and no payment processing, so the data footprint is limited to ordinary server logs and aggregated analytics. We never hold T20 Exchange usernames, passwords, bank details, UPI references or betting history, because none of that ever reaches this website in the first place.

No cookies of our own are set while you read about T20 Exchange here. Analytics may add one to tell a returning visit from a new one; block it and every T20 Exchange page on this site still works exactly the same. We build no profile of any individual visitor, and nothing is sold or handed to advertising networks.

Want a message you sent us deleted, along with any details in it? Ask through the contact page and it goes. Anything about a T20 Exchange account itself, from the balance to the T20 Exchange password, belongs with the desk that issued your ID — this site has no access to it.
